Private Party in Winnetka
We’re excited to be celebrating the triumphant conclusion of a young girl’s cancer treatment with her family.
(We will not be at The Long Room this night)
Spookykhana Halloween Party
Superkhana International, Logan Square’s Indian-inspired restaurant is partnering with Bad Johnny’s for a kid-friendly block party featuring fall cocktails, morbid movies, games, face painting, tarot card readings and a costume contest.
Oktoberfestiversary
Join us at Dovetail and Begyle Breweries for the last big festival of the season. It’s the 12th Anniversary of Begyle, it’s Oktoberfest, it’s all of our neighbors and best brewery pals plus another 18-20,000 soon-to-be friends all gathered around drinking delicious brews with multiple live music stages, games, and echoes of the Brown Line and cheers of “Prost!” all weekend long. AND - all of it raises money for The Friendship Center, who provides meals for those in need.
Taproom Party @ Spiteful Brewing
We’re rollin’ up and throwin’ down in the heart of Malt Row at Spiteful Brewing on a picture perfect Friday evening in Bowmanville. The taproom and patio are open at 3:00, and we’ll start cooking at 4:00. Friday night pizza delivery never sounded so bad…
FUNDRAISER for MERCY HOME @ Long Room
We are giving away FREE PIZZA (again!) to raise money for Mercy Home for Boys & Girls, the BJ’s Marathon Team’s charity. Come by The Long Room, our home, where we’ll be parked outside the bar cooking for anyone that catches the smell of the fire along Irving Park, as well as our dear friends inside the bar.

Come join us at Roscoe Village Pub for FREE PIZZA - all you have to do is show some support for our Marathon Team by making a donation to Mercy Home for Boys & Girls. Bears play at noon, pints all day, and pizza until 4:30pm.
Premier League Mornings LIVE
The Premier League, in collaboration with NBC Sports, will hold its 10th Premier League Mornings Live Fan Festival will in Lincoln Park on Saturday (5am-2pm) and Sunday (5am-1pm). Over 15,000 sports fans from across the United States are coming to celebrate the passion and excitement of Premier League soccer and experience Chicago’s finest pizza. Register online if you want to come - this will sell out fast.

Musky Fest
Every year, a quiet stretch of Racine Ave is taken over by 15,000+ Illinoisans and Wisconsinites coming together outside Will’s Northwoods Inn to celebrate the annual crowning of the Musky Queen. And to drink lots and lots and lots of beer. We love this block party. Live music all day and all night!
Bucktown Arts Fest
It’s the 40th Annual Bucktown Arts Fest this weekend, Saturday and Sunday from 11am-7pm. A neighborhood tradition, built by volunteers, where all proceeds go to fund arts education at the park and in local classrooms - it’s one of our favorite weekends of the year. Come by for a pie and support the artists and the community.

Oak Park Microbrew Review

The 59th Chicago International Film Festival will kick off with an Opening Night Block Party encompassing Southport between Grace and Waveland, home of the Music Box Theatre.
